SLP has signed a lease with the logistics company Seafrigo Nordic for approximately 1,800 square meters on the property Kronan 4 in Landskrona, next to highway E6. The annual rent amounts to SEK 1.6 million and is fully indexed.
“Seafrigo Nordic is an existing tenant and we are very pleased that they have chosen to grow further together with us,” says Peter Strand, CEO of SLP.
The move-in is estimated to June 1 2023 and the agreement runs until October 31 2026. The property is currently in the process of being certified according to Miljöbyggnad Silver.
