SLP has signed a new agreement with an existing tenant in the property Aggregatet 2 in Helsingborg. The existing lease of 2,300 square meters is thus extended by approximately four years until the end of 2029.
”We want to be a long-term and stable partner to our tenants and we are happy to be able to offer an extended lease while increasing our lease duration,” says Tommy Åstrand, CEO of SLP.
SLP’s total average lease duration amounted to 6.2 years at the second quarter 2023, which is the same level as at the beginning of 2022, even though more than a year has passed.
