SLP has signed an agreement with Beulco Holding AB regarding extension and expansion of the existing lease agreement for the properties Förtennaren 5 and 12 in Helsingborg. The family-owned company Beulco Holding has been operating in the properties since 1988. The expansion of the lease is a new construction of approximately 1,000 square metres, which means that the total lettable area will amount to 5,300 square metres. The annual rent after the extension amounts to SEK 4.8 million and is fully indexed.
“We are very pleased that the Beulco group has chosen to extend the existing lease by seven years, until the end of 2032. It also feels very good that we can offer our tenants to grow within the existing property through expansion. It is in line with our strategy to develop existing properties. The extension is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2024”, says Peter Strand, CEO of SLP.
