The real estate company SLP has today acquired and taken possession of the property Tveta-Valsta 4:9 in Södertälje municipality. The property will be developed with a logistics building with an estimated occupancy in the first quarter of 2023 of a total of approximately 6,500 sqm. Alfa Quality Moving AB is the tenant and leases the entire logistics property until 31 January 2035 and the base rent amounts to approximately SEK 6.8 million. The property offers the possibility of further development of approximately 5,000 sqm. The seller is Ätteläggen Invest AB.
“With the building permit completed and the general contractor contracted, we have the opportunity to quickly complete a new logistics property in a good location west of Södertälje city centre and close to the E20 and E4 motorways. We are building for a tenant in Alfa Quality Moving AB, with whom we have cooperated before and who is also a tenant in Jönköping. We also have good experience of the seller through two previous transactions,” comments Peter Strand, CEO of SLP.

SLP has acquired the property through a corporate transaction. The total value of the property, including the total contract, amounts to approximately SEK 140 million.
