The real estate company SLP has today acquired and taken possession of the property Stormen 4 in Borås municipality. The property includes a logistics building built in 2019/2020 with a total lettable area of about 3,700 square meters. Overhead Conveyor System AB leases the entire property until 31 December 2025 and the rental value amounts to approximately SEK 3.1 million. There is also an unused building right on the property comprising approximately 1,500 square meters

The Stormen 4 property is located in close proximity to highway 40 and is newly built, with flexible use and good environmental profile. With an unused building right, we see great opportunities for further development in line with our business model and our sustainability goals,” comments Peter Strand, CEO of SLP.
SLP has acquired the property in a corporate transaction. The underlying property value amounts to SEK 52 million.
