SLP acquires development logistics property of 19,000 sqm and continues to expand in Borås

SLP has today acquired and taken ownership of a property in Viared Logistikpark in Borås. The property, with an area of 19,000 sqm, is built 2017 with 7,200 sqm and fully leased to AMA Group. The lease, which is a fully indexed so-called triple net agreement, runs for approximately 5 years with an annual rental value of SEK 5.9 million. The agreed property value amounts to SEK 79m and the seller of the property is Artmax.

”We are pleased to be able to carry out this acquisition in a location that is a priority for us, where we already own four other properties, which makes it very management efficient. The property, which can be developed, will be environmentally certified and is planned to be equipped with solar cells completely in accordance with our sustainability strategy,” says Tommy Åstrand, CEO of SLP.

The property Stormen 1 has a permitted exploitation rate of 70 percent, which means that there is substantial potential for further construction.

The transaction is financed with own funds.
