SLP has signed a five-year lease with its existing tenant, Hårds Transport AB, for an area of approximately 5,600 square meters in the logistics property Lamellen 1 in Ljungby, Sweden. The annual rent amounts to SEK 2.8 million and is fully indexed.

SLP has recently carried out standard increases in the property which, among other things, reduced energy consumption and improved the indoor climate.
