Filip Persson
- Born: 1991. CEO since 2025. At SLP since 2019.
- Previous experience: Property Management and Project Management at SLP, Project Management at Catena AB.
- Education: Studies within engineering at LTH Faculty of Engineering, Lund University.
- Shareholding: 100,403 shares of series B. 130,000 warrants which entitles to subscribe for one new Class B share at a subscription price of SEK 35.2 per share in Q2 2026, and 92,653 warrants which entitles to subscribe for one new Class B share at a subscription price of SEK 46,1 per share in Q2 2029.

CFO
Matilda Olsson
- Born: 1993. CFO since 2023. At SLP since 2020.
- Previous experience: Finance director at SLP, Management consultant at EY and AddPro AB.
- Education: MSc. Business Administration, Linnaeus University.
- Shareholding: 54,611 shares of series B. 192,800 warrants which entitles to subscribe for one new Class B share at a subscription price of SEK 35.2 per share in Q2 2026, and 82,900 warrants which entitles to subscribe for one new Class B share at a subscription price of SEK 46,1 per share in Q2 2029.

PROPERTY MANAGER
Christian Berglund
- Born: 1970. Property Manager since 2019. At SLP since 2019.
- Previous experience: Regional Manager Catena Fastigheter AB, Property Manager Tribona AB and Northern Logistic Property.
- Education: Degree in Real Estate Engineering, Malmö University.
- Shareholding: 250,000 shares of series B. 257,070 warrants which entitles to subscribe for one new Class B share at a subscription price of SEK 35.2 per share in Q2 2026, and 97,530 warrants which entitles to subscribe for one new Class B share at a subscription price of SEK 46,1 per share in Q2 2029.

Swedish Logistic Property AB – “SLP” – with corporate identity number 559179-2873 is the parent company of a Group with several subsidiaries. The company has its office and registered office in Malmö. Today we are about fifteen employees, all of whom are co-owners of SLP.
