The company was founded in late autumn 2018 by Peter Strand, Mikael Hofmann, Greg Dingizian and Erik Selin. Shortly afterwards, Christian Berglund joined the company as Property Manager and Nicklas Schmidt as Head of Business Development. Both have solid experience of the logistics sector. The company has subsequently grown by appointing internal staff in property management, letting and finance.
The aim was to create a property company with a logistics focus. We wanted to create a new, agile and creative company focused on southern Sweden. Our contact network and experience of the capital markets and the property sector provide solid potential for building a strong market position, and creating a company that is ready for stock market listing, which would give more shareholders the opportunity to join us on our growth journey.
We acquired our first properties in March 2019 with the ambition to expand rapidly. So far, we have exceeded the targets.”
